Memorial Inspection Items and reporting.

The report is provided both in a paper form and computer CD (including photos). The report will include:

	Name of interned (first two)
	Grave number/section
	Bacas/Gower Number
	Years of death
	Type/size of memorial
	Pitch of memorial front/back, side to side
	Stability of memorial (classification rating)
	Action taken/required
	Stone mason
	Photo of memorial
	Comments
	Date of inspection and weather conditions.
	Additional items can be recorded if required.

Trained, experienced, qualified staff that are covered by public liability insurance will undertake all works/inspections.

With agreement of the client any memorial found to be of immediate danger could either be made safe by laying flat (very emotional and distressing for the families and public) or staked securely in the upright position.

In addition to Independent memorial Inspections, advice can be given on cemetery Health and Safety issues, safe working practices, safe grave digging, cemetery rules and regulations and legal requirements in relation to grave deeds, ownership, memorials etc.
