Working with Producer David Mackay

After Fagin's huge success with "That's Livin' Alright" he continued to work with producer David Mackay releasing albums from the London-based record label Towerbell Records. Joe released his debut album "Love Hangs By a Thread", followed by "Cry For Noone" (the title track being a cover of the Beatles hit song) and "Time is a Thief", and singles such as "Why Don't We Spend the Night".

"After the first successful recording ("Why Don't We Spend The Night") which was big in South Africa, Sweden, Holland and Germany, we received lots of demo tapes from would-be song writers.

"All the tracks were produced jointly between us, and most of them were sung "live", with the band in the studio."
