OVER ART GROUP

We are a small group of amateur artists who meet most Friday evenings at 7pm at the Town Hall in the Cambridgeshire village of OVER, UK. We have been together for over four years and during that time have been quite active.

We have a permanent exhibition at our Community Centre. Please call in and browse. We renew our pictures every few months or so and if any sell we replace them as quickly as possible. In addition we exhibit at the village festival and have also exhibited in St Mary's church. We organise a children's painting competition at Christmas each year.

We also have an on-line gallery (starting at page p1) that displays a wide selection of our paintings.

As well as our evening group we also run a daytime group. For details of meetings please contact John Lee.

We do not teach formally but our group is diverse in skills and just looking and talking to other people is a very good way to learn.
