Already Here - Sunday BBQs!
Customers are telling us they love our Thursday BBQ's, and want more! As summer approaches, we have decided to phase out our Sunday Roasts, and have BBQ's instead. But if you're a fan of our roasts, don't worry, they'll be back in the autumn.
The Sunday BBQ menu is the same as the Thursday evening BBQ menu.
BBQ's: Thursday evening & Sunday lunch.
Already Here - Range of Bottled Beers!
As part of our continuing assault on the recession, and wanting to offer more, not less, to our customers during these troubled times, we will offer a range of bottled beers! Including foreign beers, English Ales, etc!
Already Here - Recession Ales, Wines and Menu!
We realise that the recession is well and truly here! As a result we have been feverishly working away on some recession proof options. These include a recession food menu, a range of recession beers, and recession wines. We will always have our core Kingston options, but in addition we will offer a range of recession options! Recession Ales Our Recession Range of ales includes 'Recession be Damned' (which has gained some attention), at £1.95/pint and £1 a half! We also offer a range of other Recession Ales at similar prices! Recession Wines We offer a Recession Busting Red wine and a White wine, cheaper than our house wines! Recession Menu Starters - £1.99, S'wiches - £2.99, Mains - £3.99! Click here for menu. · All this is in addition to price reductions across the board, including: Brewer's Gold: 2.40! JHB: £2.30! And 2-4 'Recession Ales', all of which will be around £1.95/pint, or £1 a half! To summarise: Our Recession Options will NOT replace our normal offerings, but our normal offerings will ALSO be reduced! For a tenner, you can come to The Kingston, have a hearty meal, three pints, and still get change!
Already Here - Every Thursday evening is barbeque evening at The Kingston!
And because it’s the Kingston, it's not just burgers & sausages! Click here to see our BBQ menu.
(Note: our normal menu is replaced by our BBQ menu on Thursday evenings)
Coming Soon - One week of every month is beer festival week!
For one week of every month, part of the Kingston given over to hosting a large selection of new ales!
Note - Air Conditioning
Feeling the heat? Our bar is fully air conditioned!
Note - Walled & Covered Garden
For those who don't know The Kingston, we have a walled garden, with canopies, soft seats, and heaters. And it's open all year round.
Note - Good Beer Guide 2009 misprint
The Good Beer Guide 2009 states that we offer accommodation. We would like to make it clear that we do not.
