The =GaY= clan was founded in Spring 2005 and started out life as Battlefield 2 clan. Originally just 2 ex-FarCry players the clan has grown and shrunk over the years since. In the Autumn of 2005 the Guerrillas and Yobs Clan went a little further and got a BF2 server, started recruiting, and set up the first website (Thanks to Hanz). The clan then moved on to a new game, Call of Duty 4 and has it's third generation website. Members come from around Europe (check out the roster page) and many have been in other clans before.

The main philisophy of the clan now and always is to have fun. We believe gaming is a great sport and hobby, and we are doing our best to promote and expand this, but most of all to have fun in each others company. At present we occasionally play matches, we play together daily and there is always some online in the evening.

Our game for the first 2 and a half years was been Battlefield 2. BF2 has vehicles including planes, large maps, and after playing you feel a teamwork system that keeps players that are working together in touch with each other. In this first person shooter, armed with the latest modern weaponry, you can take control of any of the game's 30+ vehicles to engage in major conflicts with up to 64 players in online battles on the PC. Additionally, with experience you rise through the ranks and attain the ultimate rank of General.

We played Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and now Modern Warfare 2. MW2 takes you into an almost photo-realistic ultra-intense modern warfare gaming experience. The multiplayer feels like your playing in a squash court compared with BF2. CoD4 is far better graphically, has more ballistic weapons, and the maps are likened to squash courts in comparison. The game rewards players with perks and new weapons as experience is gained, and special abilities for kill streaks.

Battlefiled 3:Bad Comapny 2 as we like to call it is the latest game release we are playing and it instantly feels good. A sense of the BF2 with the graphical and feel of Crysis and the some of the best sounds we have heard in gaming. The usual ranking system is there as well.
