About
Me Born
in Cwmbran 1936, I had 5 brothers, we all went to St Dials School and
worshiped at the Salvation Army. Times 
were
hard then but we have wonderful memories of Cwmbran
village. My oldest memory goes back to
Wesley Street when the 
milk was
delivered by horse and cart and measured out with a
one pint
measure, it was then poured into covered jugs, already left on the
doorstep.
I
am now retired following 37 years in the gas industry, I live in the
City of Newport with my
wife Ursula and have many interests, I particularly enjoy Golf and
Bowls which I play at Tredegar Park Golf Club and Beechwood Bowling
Club, both at Newport. were
