1. Prints the number of errors at the end of a run.
2. Allows forwardly defined labels to be used in DC instructions.
3. Sets byte INSERTS correctly for, eg, MOVE.B and DC.B instructions.
4. Allows TRAP #15 to be assembled.
5. Assembles " BRA.S *" correctly.
