THE COMEDY STORE - part
3 | |||
|
|
| ||
|
Original Room |
|
Linda Mackenzie feels that at one time somebody very famous was asked to be married right where she was standing. She's not sure who, but gets the impression that it was Bette Davis.
DA: Oh! Can I say? I don't mean to ...
LMac: No, please.
DA: Right! Right! I used to love this lady and it's just been given to me now, after your vibrations of voice, and I used to love her, I used to watch her as a young fella in the films, and I used to lover her, and I used to say when I get older I'm gonna marry her. I used to say that to myself. Erm... and erm... naturally I never did.
PJ: And which woman is this?
DA: Doris ...
PJ: Day?
DA: No. Doris ... I can't even get the surname now. Why has that been taken from me? Doris ... Doris ... Come on... Light-haired lady, great actress, Doris... Doris ... It was Doris Day! Doris Day! Doris Day! Doris Day... was asked...
| |
|
Doris Day? No, it's Doris Day! |
|||
|
|
|
LMac: I saw a D.
DA: I don't know if she was offered a ring here, or if she left here to take the ring. I get a ring of commitment, also, in thought, coming through.
PJ: It could well be because I believe she performed here briefly.
LMac: I don't think she married that man who asked. I don't think she did.
DA: I don't now. I feel she was asked here, there was the commitment of a ring here, whether that ring... maybe that's why they took the name Day away from me. Possibly she didn't marry, you are right.

Belly Room |
|
The room is full of people laughing and talking, and the group moves to a quieter table. Acorah says there's a man there - not a good man. He's famous...
They are interrupted by a lady passing through the group, and Peter James tells Acorah that there is a well in the basement floor, directly underneath where they are standing, and this is a vortex. Acorah proclaims it to be a negative vortex.
Linda Mackenzie feels that this is from a very ancient time, but while they are discussing the history, Acorah interrupts.
| |
|
Acorah has contacted another bad man, and a negative vortex! |
|||
|
So the 'famous man' is called Ramon or Ramone and is something to do with Mexico? Unfortunately, Acorah doesn't say what he's famous for, and he is not mentioned in the ISPR psychic results. |
DA: Can I tell you a little bit ...? Ramone... Ramon, Ramon, Ramone, it's the door-keeper. He's the person, not a good person, and he'll push away whatever needs to be pushed away... Ramone. Max... Mex... something to do with Mexico?
LMac: It goes further back than that.
DA: Does it? No, it's Ramone. It is Ramone,
LMac: Yes, but that is only the current name that he has in the...
DA: Yes, probably a different incarnation
LMac: 1735, but way before that was another, and another, and another...through some kind of a situation we probably should not discuss.
DA: Yes, okay, it's not nice. It's not good.
PJ: Very good. I concur.

Green Room
What an odd, but very telling comment. Is Acorah only looking for evil?
|
|
The enter the Green Room. Derek declares "there's nothing bad here at this moment" so they move on.
| |
|
Red Room |
|
LMac: This is where somebody ran the whole operation
DA: Yep.
LMac: This is where somebody made the decisions.
DA: Yes
LMac: A yay or nay
DA: Yes
LMac: There was a bedroom round here somewhere, or a bed somewhere here
DA: That's right.
LMac: There was a bed somewhere around
DA: It's here. It's here.
LMac: A lot of deals made here. You know, who was to be killed...
DA: Yes
fLMac: ... or what, but from all over the country
DA: Yes
LMac: ... meetings were held here by...
DA: Yes
LMac: ... when the families had meetings...
DA: Yes
LMac: ... they came up to this room ..
DA: Yes
Another woman senses a man who is really pissed off.
DA: Yes. Yes, there's a man manifested here. Peter would you give me... tell me what you feel.
They go into a side room.
DA: There's a desk there, but it's not a desk, he's further back. There was a bed here but he's further back, sitting there. I'll describe him. He's about 5' 1" - 5' 2", he's only a very small man, lost all his... lost most of his hair, got a moustache, he was originally black-haired.
LMac: Yes but he's got white hair now
DA: Yes... well, the hair that he's got, the bit at the sides. He's sitting there, smoking a cigar. It's about two-thirds done in, but he's got it there, and this man was an evil man. This man was the one who used to go on the phone and say who he wanted seeing to. Peter?
| |
|
Acorah finds more of the evil he's been looking for.
|
|||
|
So, Peter James concurs - as usual - but he's getting something different. Once again we're onto the abortions. He hears the wails of babies. Why would aborted foetuses wail?
Acorah agrees with him - in fact, Acorah this is a period where he agrees with everyone about everything!
|
|
PJ: Okay, I'm concurring, I concur, but smell the air, it seems very medicinal to me.
DA: Yes.
PJ: I feel like a lot of the abortions were conducted up here.
DA: Yes.
PJ: Clairaudiently I hear the wail of babies
DA: Yes.
PJ: Particularly mentioning the bed...
DA: Yes.
PJ: ... because I feel it smells medicinal here
DA: Yes.
LMac: I felt that too down in that other area, in that small bathroom
DA: Yes.
They all speak at once
LMac: I can tell you exactly what this was. This one was for the high... the high people... the high...

Is Gus
(Frank) actually Costello?
Frank Costello was known as the "Prime Minister of the Underworld", but
born, based, and killed, in New York. His associate in Los Angeles was
>Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel.
Frank "The Bomp" Bompensiro was another killer from
the West Coast, but became Consigliere (adviser) to the Los Angeles family.
He was murdered in San Diego. |
|
Montz interrupts "You guys, you guys..."
They move to another area where a woman is 'channelling' the man who was pissed off. He has a gun and is really angry.
Acorah interrupts her flow with ...
"It's Costello! It's Costello!"
... but everyone ignores him and continue talking to the woman. Acorah sidles back to the woman and waves his hands around her head - presumably to protect her?
Between them they identify that the angry man is Gus.
| |
|
"Derek reveals that his crystal detached from his chain without breaking the loop due to the entity's anger."
|
|||
|
In fact, there is no evidence whatsoever that the crystal was ever on the chain. Acorah's shirt is buttoned almost to the top, and no chain is visible throughout the investigation.
|
|
DA: ..he's just with it, okay, from my chain which has never ever broken or taken away for nearly nine years...he's taken it off with this energy... from my chain.
He adds that the person who gave it to him nine years previously had said ‘Never, ever should you take this off in protection of what we call ... erm... which we call ... erm... what we call ... erm ... helping likes of Gus, OK, to leave the essence of time and go into the light.”
He went on “And she said “However, there will be a time when there will be
... she didn’t say entity, she said spirit who will be so angry that you
will notice from what I place on your neck, it’s something to happen with
this’, and it’s happened now, today, around Gus.”
|
|
|
After five minutes discussion they decided that the entity hadn’t behaved like Gus – and Acorah agreed, with “No, that wasn’t Gus"...
| |
|
Outside - Summing up |
|
Linda Mackenzie said it was the first time she had
gone to ghosts, rather than them going to her. She thought the investigation was interesting, and there was positive and
negative
| |
|
Acorah did not come back to the UK and
talk on television
about this investigation. |
"It's the first time I've come across negative and positive in one
dwelling. I can’t wait to go back to the UK and talk on television in Europe
about this Comedy Store and the experiences."
|
There was no manifestation during his
performance at the Vogue Theater
|
"At the Vogue Theater. I feel there’s going to be a manifestation. Could be
on the stage or in the audience, and a lot of people are going to have an
experience like they’ve never had before. "
|
Nothing significant happened in Los Angeles in July 1999 |
"The disaster is not going to be as what I feared, or maybe I talked about. There is going to be a change, something happening, but it will be turned round for the common good for Los Angeles."
| ||
|
Oh
dear! |
"I will copy words. I will no change one iota. I won’t add to to make it more flavourable [sic], I wont take away to make it sound lesser. What I got from Errol’s ... Errol Flynn’s son was ... erm ... the conditions ... erm ... what was the ... the total question again please? ”
| ||
|
It just didn't happen!
|
|
“His son made the statement that within a cycle of a week, although Errol Flynn’s been over in the world of spirit for quite a while now, you will hear in the media – maybe right across the United States, a connection, papers, television, what have you, appertaining to something in knowledge linked with Errol Flynn and family. It WILL happen.”
| |
|
The only person named Anthony that I have found connected to the Los Angeles mafia is Anthony Brooklier, son of a former Mafia boss, and defence attorney. Ironically he was recently in trouble for tax evasion - the crime for which Al Capone was jailed.
Further information on the Los Angeles mafia

|
A woman's voice says that the entity was actually Anthony, a Mafia hit-man.

|
In conclusion |
|
As this was part of a test of Acorah's psychic abilities, it would seem only fair that we examine every claim he made during this investigation, to see what proportion could be verified with facts.

Over the years I have watched many, many hours of raw footage featuring Acorah and his abilities. I have to thank Larry Montz and the ISPR for releasing this DVD, which has given me the opportunity to see how Acorah's abilities have changed over the last seven years.
I had hoped that this DVD would reveal some glimmer that might demonstrate that Acorah was a genuine psychic and/or medium. That way I would feel justified in having believed him; I could have put down his contact with negativity, as well as his debacles, to the pressures of television. Alas, it was not to be.
Frankly, I cannot understand the motives of Montz, the ISPR, or Acorah, in allowing this to see the light of day - other than financial, that is. The 'test' is total garbage from beginning to end, and not worthy of the designation. It shows Acorah taking leads from others, and watching for reactions when he tentatively suggests something. As for the ISPR, this footage makes Derek Acorah's Ghost Towns look like a genuine scientific investigation.
When you consider the very specific claims made by Acorah regarding Sean Flynn, every single item was not simply unverified, or unverifiable, but simply wrong.
I think it's obvious what I
think, but as ever I leave it to readers to make up their own minds. |
