The tunnels
HUH??
Montz: Now may I ask you this. We understand from the Mafia days here, this being Ciro's, that there are secret tunnels here.
DA: Yes, there are.
Montz: There are?
DA: Yes, there are. Just one.
Montz: Can you, or Gus, give us an idea of where that could be?
So
Acorah sets off - with the invisible 'Gus' in tow- to locate the entrance to the tunnel. He
heads backstage, and comes across a staircase alongside a door.
Then, "Dr Larry, what does this wall ... erm...
this wall here, what does it house?" |
According to the DVD's on-screen
information, "Comedy Store owner, Mitzi Shore, confirmed the ISPR psychic discovery of two underground tunnels, in 1979" Notice how carefully that is worded, and consider these two things:
1) There is no
confirmation of Acorah's
2) More interestingly, no confirmation that tunnels actually exist.
Acorah again changes tack. "You see, many years ago Mitzi Shore ... the Maf... oh God!... erm... Frank Sina..." He laughs, then coughs a theatrical cough, and tries again. ""Fr... Fr..." but alas, nobody is listening!
Recovering himself quickly, he agrees with
Linda Mackenzie that the atmosphere is "not nice", and continues, |
"There's three people that have lost their lives here, Dr Larry, three people. They were killed, their lives taken from them. They came into this dwelling place and they did not go out in the physical body, yes! " He points to the floor. "This is where they were killed. This is where their lives were taken from them."

Peter James provides Acorah with clue #2
Montz: Was this a Mafia execution?
DA: Yes! Three! Three men. One from Chicago.
LMac: One was a messenger
DA: Yes. One from Chicago, he was the main person, but you see, erm... the two main people who were, erm... assassinated, killed, their lives taken away, from er.. er.. both from Chicago, Lin... Linda, would you just erm... just erm...
PJ: To the left of Derek there
DA: Yes, they're here, under this ground here, they're under this ground.
PJ: I'd like to elevate some of the things you're saying about Mafia activity. Y'know I'll give a bit of history as I know it. The Mafia back in Ciro's days used to go through Los Angeles and pick up their victims and bring them here and cut of their hands and fingers as punishment, as well as doing away with them, so this in fact was I believe an entrance where they did do away with the bodies, so I would validate that.
Pardon me, but isn't Chicago actually in Illinois?
LMac: There's something buried underneath here I don't know whether things were done here or whether they were brought and put underneath
DA: There's a negative spiritual stench here. Did you smell the stench?
PJ: Yes
DA: And these men (raises voice to talk over Linda Mackenzie) and you know the man, he was a bad man that was assassinated. This man, who was the leader of the three, this man, he'd been in Chicago, and Illinois. He's seen other people in death, he put his name to it.
No mention is made in the psychic results section of the DVD that any such name was found by Montz or Peter James.
Montz: Can you get a name, Derek?
LMac: It begins with a 'C' ...
DA: Georgio! Georgioi! Georgio! Georgioi!
Montz: Georgio?
DA: Georgio! Georgio who? Georgio Marotti/Manotti. Marotti/Manotti.
LMac: Are you sure it's not Carnucci??
DA: Hold on! Hold on! Sam, can you give that a bit clearer to me please?
LMac: Carnucci, it's Carnucci. I picked up the 'C'. Carlo? Carlo?
DA: Yes, yes, well I've give that name and I can't change it Linda.
PJ: Although there were so many that were brought here, so it's a possibility that that name did exist.
DA: Yes, yes! Please check it, you will definitely find it.
PJ: Yes.
Montz: Oh yes, we will check it.
Peter James provides Acorah with clue #3 |
PJ: And I wanna comment about what Linda was saying about the young lady in front of the stage. A bit of history as well, if I may. This place was notorious for conducting abortions - notorious. So there were many lives that those foetuses would yield and the young lady that was scared to death., that this is part of the history of Ciro's days..
Now how's about that, then? Isn't it odd how he forgot to mention it at the time?
Even odder than nobody else heard him say it, considering they were not alone ... |
DA: Yes. Can I tell you also, before I came in I said to my wife, where's my wife, I said to Gwen, "Gwen, there's babies. There's young babies running everywhere here." Y'know? Of the loss, spiritually. If you ask my wife, she'll tell you. I saw babies everywhere and erm... then I came in... that was after I saw the young lady in the hallway... and it's the babbas, the babies..
Linda Mackenzie ignores Acorah's babies, and cuts across him with a description of the man she had connected with.
At this point there is a break in the tape. When it resumes the onscreen tape counter shows a gap of approximately 30 minutes.
I do hope you're all managing to keep up with this, because I'm afraid that to me that was about as clear as mud!
Acorah points upwards and says he wants to go up there, as there's something to be found. Linda Mackenzie agrees with him.
DA: You know, up there we will erm... hopefully find... even to this present day... right now, something ... erm... if we do not actually find it physically we... as soon as we come into the area and have... and the owners of the building ... sor... do something here because from up there there's a link down there. And we'll find it, Dr Larry.l
They move up the nearby stairs towards the lighting room.
"Come and feel this, guys!" Acorah calls in excitement. "Come and feel this! Whoo!"
Back Stage 2nd Floor
Hang on! Didn't he just say they were murdered |
The enter a tiny bathroom with just a toilet and a wash hand basin.
Despite Acorah's initial excitement, Linda thinks it's where the abortions took place, and Acorah agrees.
Acorah then says he thinks it's where the three men buried below were murdered. Oh, and they did have "part of their limbs taken from them" as well. He doesn't say whether that was before or after they were killed, unfortunately..
Acorah then points to what looks like water damage and some flaking plaster on the ceiling, and provides an explanation worthy of a rogue trader.
"I feel also, y'know, these conditions here on the ceiling and the walls, y'know we can talk what we call wear and tear, but no. Whenever something distasteful, something negative, and is nasty, as taking one's life and even a life that wasn't even given a chance to be born, okay, you'll always have, for years and years, until it's scrubbed down this sort of nonsense that comes on, okay...because this is part of the negative energy that is cast, it's often said, if I walk into a home, a woman specially with her sensitivity, if I don't like the feeling of it I'm going out. I'm not gonna buy it, okay, and it's the truth of here as I walk here, as we all walk here, does it feel pleasant? No! No way! "
Back in the Main Room, Montz tells Acorah some more about Gus.
Hang on! Wasn't Frank/Francis/Gus declared by Acorah to be " this good man ... this good Francis, okay, this GOOD man" |
"When we first conducted the investigation here, we found that his name was Frank or Francis, and that he was nicknamed Gus.
"Gus is one of the Mafia hit-men. He thought he was going to hell for what he had done, so he has remained here at Ciro's." He believed that because he was an Italian Catholic
Linda Mackenzie says that he has another five years of his penance to do here on earth and then another guide will come to him.
Peter James expresses his surprise that so much is happening as it is daytime, rather than night.
Acorah explains what happens when a person dies and goes to the world of spirit. This is very important, so it is transcribed word-for-word. |
"Of course these love souls here , whatever they've done in their physical life of experience, especially this man here, yes, he does fear, he fears what he's going to because of his activities in the physical body. However, he's in for a pleasant surprise, in the sense that when he does go over a beautiful helper will come and say 'Okay, sit yourself down, and you judge yourself. The Boss doesn't judge you. Sit down and have a re-run of what you've done. Okay, let's go to the displeasantries (sic) of things that you did do that was negative. Now what would you like to do?' Well, I'd like to make up for so-and-so and that's in his progressions, okay."
Linda Mackenzie agrees...
