The tests today (24-04-09) seem to be for "Satellites in Broadcasting" which is intended for engineers and operators who wish to be trained in using transmission equipment and learn practical experiene in setting up and operating a typical SNG up link station.

The signal in question is uplinked on to the Atlantic Bird 1 satellite at 12.5 degrees west Ku band, transponder B4.
