Error 731 - The protocol is not configured

  • Make sure network and dialer settings are correct
  • Recreate connectoid
  • Reinstall DUN
  • Check for modem driver updates and try modem inits. AT&F&C1&D2 as a generic 56k init and ATZ as a non-56k generic init
