For those who don't know what Denryu ira ira bou is. It was based on a Japanese gameshow where the contestants had to navigate a metal bar through a electrified maze against the clock. Now after many conversions to home consoles, including the N64 version (Click HERE for more info on the N64 ver) the toy company Takara released a home version .

The home version of the game is quite impressive, don't be fooled into thinking this is like one of your crappy £9.99 wire maze jobs from Argos, oh no this one is far more sophisticated. There are 2 clip on maze extensions on the left and right sides of the machine & in the middle is the slot machine reels and just below that, the devils press which moves up & down.

Across the top of the machine is a row of led's which indicate how much tme you have left, you have to get through the maze before the last light goes out. Also attached to the machine is a pair of goggles with a bell attached to one side. Should you be unforturnate to touch any metal part of the maze the speaker on the machine will sound a warning alarm and the bell will go off next to your ear, it's very noisy and scared the shit out of me when it first happened (^_^).
