1. Windebanke2. Apenreth als. Aphenery
(Ireland) Gu. on a fess between three lozenges or, each charged with a fleur-de-lis, a demi-rose crowned between two griffins sergeant all of the field
3. Clifton4. (Windebanke)

According to the Middlesex Pedigrees, (collected by Richard Mundy in Harleian MS. No. 1551, edited by Sir G. J. Armytage, and published by the Harleian Society in 1914) Sir Richard Windebanke married Margarett, daughter, and coheir with her sister, of Griffith ap Henry. Margaret's mother was a daughter and heiress of a Clifton.

It will be noticed that the Apenreth arms contain the "fess between three lozenges" which occurs on the Arms of two other Parry families, those from the Golden Valley, and from Madryn Castle. But as yet, no specific connection has been identified.
