PARRY Family History

PARRYs from the Alumni Oxonienses

The Alumni Oxonienses was originally published as two sets of four volumes, covering the dates 1500-1714, and 1715-1886. The description on the title page - "Alumni Oxonienses: The Members of the University of Oxford (dates). Their parentage, birthplace and year of birth, with a record of their degrees. Being the Matriculation Register of the University. Alphabetically arranged, revised and annotated by Joseph Foster." gives an indication of how valuable these are to genealogists. Although rare as printed books, copies can now be obtained on cd-rom from Archive CD Books.

Transcribed here are the entries for the surname PARRY, alphabetically arranged as within each set. Links will be added to other information which confirms (or disagrees with) the details from the books. If you have additional information concerning any of those listed here, I would be pleased to hear from you.
