Reader's Digest records are, quite simply, as good as records can be. They are pressed in this country by DECCA, whose manufacturing "know-how" and rigorous quality control are a byword throughout the whole record industry.

Except in the case of damage in transit, itself an unlikely contingency in view of the Digest's elaborate packing, the chance of your receiving a faulty record is extremely remote. This booklet describes how a record is made and why it needs, and deserves, to be treated with care. It is not intended to refute complaints - Digest policy will continue to include the prompt replacement of any record, whatever the cause of dissatisfaction - but only to help you to enjoy the best performance and the maximum value from every record you own.
