So many suppliers whose offering looks attractive, and virtually every website selling IT services, always seem to get very shy when it comes to pricing. “Please contact us for the very best rate”, or “Price on application” are not uncommon phrases.
We, however, like to be different.

Hit F1 have a fair and simple pricing structure that assures top quality products & service at competitive prices.

Repairs / Upgrades

Our highly skilled engineers will visit promptly and determine the faults quickly and accurately.  In most cases the problem(s) can be rectified onsite.  This service is charged at the rate of £35.00 for the first hour (including call out).  Subsequent hour(s) are charged at £30.00 per hour or part of.  Generally most faults can be rectified within 2 hours.  In the unlikely event that the repair is going to take longer (due to parts or in-depth fault diagnosis), the engineer will offer a fixed price repair at that point.  Repairs which need to be taken from site are generally turned around within 48 hours.  Upgrades are again charged on the same tariff plus parts.

New Systems / Refurbished Units

Hit F1 can provide you with expert, impartial advice on all things IT.  We supply high quality new and refurbished computer systems built to specification and budget.  New systems can be built and installed from as little as £250 (depending on specification).  We also carry a range of refurbished units that are Internet Ready from as little as £99.00.

Systems Maintenance Contracts

Regular checking and updating of computer systems is becoming more and more important.  Our monthly system maintenance offers clients piece of mind knowing that their systems are running at optimum levels.

Hit F1 specialise in bespoke SMC's in the small to medium business sectors.  Our SMC's are designed around the individual client and their requirements thus ensuring a quality, cost effective service.  Prices start from just  99p per day.

Training

All levels of training are available from one to one tuition in your own home to group training sessions at your place of business.  So whether you just need bringing upto speed in a particular software package or your company is looking to enhance the knowledge of staff, Hit F1 can provide the complete solution.

Consultancy

Many years within the ever changing IT industry has enabled Hit F1 to acquire the necessary skills and experience to provide quality consultancy services to our business clients.  Hit F1 can tailor its service to suit individual business requirements and provide a cost effective solution to your present and future needs.  Our rates for consultancy start from just £40.00 per hour.

Networking

Hit F1 Network Services provide our clients with quality network functionality, installation, maintenance, security and troubleshooting.

We supply and/or install structured cable (CAT5e) networks from as little as £5.00 per point.  Wireless networking systems are also installed and configured at extremely competitive rates.  All of our network installations are carried out by qualified network engineers to exacting standards ensuring ultimate network reliability for both home and business customers.
