On Saturday 10th July we successfully achieved the LTA Clubmark Award and are the first Bramhall Tennis Club to do it! Barbara Bloor, Cheshire LTA County President, and David Hillier, Cheshire LTA Tennis Development Officer, came to complete a final site visit and to present the plaque.
Our thanks go to all the Committee members who worked hard to compile all the policy and procedure documents required to achieve this status.

Clubmark was introduced by Sport England in 2002 and is currently being implemented across 34 sports. The LTA administers its own version of Clubmark based on the National guidelines for best practice combined with real life examples of successfully run places to play across the Country. By achieving this status, our Club have demonstrated that we have the tools and resources to ensure we have a fair and transparent operational structure, are operating in line with best practice around safeguarding junior and adult members/users, delivering a comprehensive and all encompassing tennis programme for all ages and abilities and have a clear plan of action for long term sustainability and future growth.
