What is an Individual learning plan?
The Individual learning
plan sets out the learning outcomes for each term and the learning activities
that need to be covered. Each learning activity
is structured so that it covers one or more of the learning objectives.
The process of creating learning objectives is a collaborative one between
the researcher and the Learning Facilitator. Activities are set by Ultraversity
to meet required learning outcomes. Researchers are encouraged to customise
them where appropriate to suit their work and learning environments.
