The Shack

Well here it is, not much but its enough to have a few contacts and I enjoy the 2 metre band the most.

Here is my 2 metre radio, it's a Kenwood TM-241E, by the way sitting on top is a KPC3 Packet TNC.

Although I prefer to use the 2 Metre radio for Packet I also have a 70 cms mobile radio to link into to DX Cluster on 70 cms. 

Here is a Picture of the Yaesu FT-73R.  Max of 5 watts output on High Power.  Nice wee rig and CHEAP!!!

Here is my Latest purchase, a dual band Icom IC-W21ET.   This is a fantastic little radio.  Wideband RX and TX it looks great and works even better.  One of my better purchases.

Well have finally decided that the Yaesu FT-847 is the correct choice.  Stay tuned for further updates……..(Hopefully)
