Fern Cottage is a picturesque, recently renovated and newly furnished 1800s granite cottage in the village of Treen. The cottage is full of character and has been awarded 4 Star quality rating under the Quality in Tourism accreditation scheme.

Downstairs:

Lounge with feature granite-surround fireplace and wood burning stove; separate dining area with open granite fireplace; fully fitted, newly equipped kitchen including Belfast sink, electric oven with grill, electric hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine; large entrance area; and slate floors throughout.

Furnishings include: 3-seater and 2-seater sofas along with two lounge chairs; a large, pine dining table with eight dining chairs, occasional tables, sideboard etc. Also provided are:- TV, DVD player, CD player and radio, games and a selection of books and DVDs. Wireless broadband access is available.

Upstairs:
Accommodation for six in one double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms, one with oak floor - views over village/countryside/sea and garden. Bathroom with shower over bath and oak floor.

Cot and high chair are provided, as are linen and towels. Centrally heated throughout.

Outside:

A private, walled, ‘sun-trap’ garden with BBQ area and garden furniture. There is also a granite store for surfboards etc.
