Alan Nutton collects the First Prize and the Society Shield. Again with the man from the Co-op. Out of Eight competing bands, VBS won with 97 points for Music and 92 for Entertainment. Total 189. Second place and the Society Cup went to Wakefield Metropolitan with 183 points. Third with the J Hambleton Cup was United Co-op (Milnrow) Band, 180 points. |
