'Flickerman & The Ivory Skinned Woman' is an original and striking cinematic short film which combines a simple story with a heightened visual and aural style.

Developed and produced by Lynchpin in conjunction with Pilgrim Films, the film was shot on location in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England.

The two lead roles are played by James Ramsay (RATCATCHER) and Joy Sanders. It was produced by Deborah Hunter and directed by Ian Fenton from an original screenplay by Jacob Polley and Ian Fenton. Richard Johns was executive producer for Pilgrim Films.

The film's striking visuals were created by Adam Suschitzky (director of photography), Sarah Beaman (production designer), and Imogen Cloet (costume/make-up designer). Editors I.P. Dawg and Stine Goetrick completed the picture cut at Joe Cuts/Weil & Co, London.

The film's highly emotive score was composed by Kimmo Pohjonen and recorded at Crystal Studios, Helsinki. Further sound design and final mixes were created by Michael Maroussas at 4MC, London. Prints were handled by Technicolor, London.

The film was made with generous support and financial assistance from Northern Production Fund, The European Regional Development Fund, Gill Airways, The Association of Business Sponsorship of the Arts, The Sponsors Club Pairing Scheme and Pirelli UK.
