This course is designed for people who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in first aid. The course is 6 hours long with 4 hours spent on the core syllabus followed by 2 hours of additional training which can be tailored to the individual needs of the business. There is no formal examination at the end of the course, students are assessed by the trainer throughout the day. All students will receive an emergency first aid book and certificate on successful completion. The qualification is valid for 3 years.
