A classic from the renaissance, the guard and finger loops, recurve quillion and pommel keep this truly in the style of the swept-hilt rapier. 

 

This design can be altered to your specifications on request, with a simple raised detailing to match your individual requirements.  The skulls shown here is just an example of what can be achieved. 

 

Please be aware that any design that is too detailed may not be possible, however simple designs should be achievable and are included in the price.

 

The sword will also balance to around a hands’ breadth from the forward quillion (the cross-piece) unless otherwise requested.  Please be aware that any balancing further back towards the hand will result in a very light-blade feel and the weapon will not naturally hang in a scabbard.
