Q: Do you undertake custom work?

A: The variety of the options available for our weapons and props mean pretty much everything we do is custom.  From a simple sword to a fancy swept-hilt rapier, you get to choose almost everything the finished item will be.  We want to make sure you get exactly what you want, at a reasonable price.  We will spend time and effort taking you through the design process, to make sure this happens. If you have a specific design, a general idea, a picture from the internet, we can take that design and try to match it as closely as possible. 

Q: I want a matching set of “Rapier and Dagger.” Can you do this?

A: A common request for two weapons to your specifications that match well together, we will try to assist you in choosing the right combination and make sure they complement each other. We aim to please!

Q: Do your Replica Firearms work with caps?

A: Yes! Every replica firearm we provide on our site comes pre-pinned, oiled and tested so we can pretty much guarantee it will be fit for purpose.  We currently only guarantee that the replicas will be able to work as cap-firers with the Yellow Caps currently available in the marketplace.  For further information about our replica firearms, please contact us directly.

Q: How Long Does it Take?

A: We can generally turn round orders within 28 days. If you are looking to obtain your item sooner, please specify and we may be able to help.

Q: Do you deliver / mail order?

A: We deliver anything you order by Royal Mail 1st Class but can arrange for other delivery methods if required.  We also deliver “by hand” to every Maelstrom Event and EOS if you are attending, or it’s close to you.  Details on request.
