Welcome to the official information centre for the International Assassins' Games of February 2006.

Time: Saturday 11th February at 7pm GMT
Event: One event only this year just to get things started. Capture the flag contest at Beezing Monastery.

Summary

• Four teams compete in each round. One for each Assassin Guild.
• Five members per team, per round.
• Team members may only be re-used in subsequent rounds once all of a guild's members have played once.
• Re-use of team members should be even, ensuring that all players get a roughly equal number of games.
• We will continue rounds until the guild with most members in attendance has used all of their members once each. (They may need to re-use members to make a five for the final round)
• Any disputes or concerns should be left to me to adjudicate on. My decision is final.

Notes

• Don't be worried about your ability. If you want in then you should be in. Newbies can do fine at CTF and it's not just down to combat skills.
• It may be wise to vault valued items before the game in case of bugs. You can't use your own equipment in game anyway.
• This should be a fair event with good sportsmanship shown. I don't wish to see anybody criticised for their ability or performance. Anybody competing has made an effort to represent their guild and should be respected for that regardless of their level of success.
• This is an official contest. I will be awarding the International Games Trophy based on this event. This is a coded item and not an informal thing. It can only be awarded once per game year, but as we are nearing the end of this game year, the next running may well be less than a year away.

• The CTF club are the experts on this game. Refer this club for details of people who may be able to give you tips on playing the game. Hirad is the president of the club and hopes to be on-hand, both to compete and to explain the game.
