Ok, I admit that this one is a bit of a cheat but who really wants to collect every TM message and form them into a trigger? People have tried but I decided to go with the easy route as no complete collection of messages has ever been made and the trigger would be huge.
This will trigger whenever the game saves. Typing save will trigger it and so will vaulting items. More importantly though, it'll trigger off every TM. It's a little fanfare, smaller than the quest one.
