Floater - Knocked Down

This sound is designed for both wizards using EFF and witches using Household Guard. Both spells cause objects to float protectively around the caster. The trigger is designed so that you will hear the sound regardless of whether you are the caster or just in the same room as somebody who uses the spell.
This particular sound will trigger when the floating object is knocked down.
