PFG Cast

Here's a sound for a successful cast of Pragi's Fiery Gaze. Again the trigger has been chosen so that it should work for caster, target or bystander. The only problem with the sound is that you often won't hear it if the target is killed instantly. MUSH client can only play one sound at a time and the death sound cuts in to block this sound in the case of instant kills. Not much of a problem though as you will still hear something appropriate to the situation.
