The car is a RHD Valiant Regal, which was imported from Australia and then modified to run in Super Gas during the late 1980's and early 1990's where it ran under the guise of the 'Mopar Menace' completing the 1/4 mile in 9.4 seconds

Chassis and Body modifications include :-

Carbon Fibre / Fibreglass composite flip front with a rather large aero scoop, composite doors and boot.

Back halved rear, fully rose jointed, alloy tubs and a 8 3/4 narrowed and braced Mopar axle with a 4.10:1 Suregrip diff.

The rear suspension runs ladder bars (as much as I would love a 4 bar) and adjustable Koni coilover shocks.

Rear axle recently modified to include a rear disc conversion.

Front suspension again fully rose jointed, and recently modified to struts in an effort to loose some weight and improve the handling, we also used this opportunity to change to a ford steering rack and column, due to parts availability.

Interior surrounded by a Super Gas roll cage, with 2 composite Cobra bucket seats and 4 point harnesses. Custom Carbon Fibre dash with alloy door panels, in a vain attempt to loose some more weight.

Rear exit twin exhausts, had wanted side exits - ala Alan Simms, Andy Frost, Ian & Sue Jackson etc but couldn't find the space under the chassis

Wheels :-

Front - Weld ProStars 4x15" fitted with Pirelli P3 165x15,

Rear Centreline Prostock's 14x15" fitted with Mickey Thompson Sportsman 1562 31-18.5x15 with Goodyear Eagle racing tubes

Car weighs in at an estimated 2600 lbs (though this is approximate -as we have yet to weigh her!)
