In August 2002 the band competed at Brass </div> <div> in the Park, Newtongrange and won the 'Best Mini-Band.' The band intend to compete at this year's </div> <div> Brass in the Park and will play at the Scottish Youth Band Championships, which are being held in the </div> <div> RSAMD, Glasgow on Sunday 30th November 2003. Moreover, band members have the opportunity to </div> <div> take part in non-music social events. </div> <div> Links with Senior Band:-<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> The youth participate in concerts regularly with the senior band and 2 members have recently been promoted.</div> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
