Beacon Christian Fellowship

The Pastoral Care Team provides support and care to members of Beacon Christian Fellowship, identifying appropriate support to meet peoples needs both practically and emotionally. We have undertook to provide and co-ordinate and be the first line of support, whilst encouraging the church also to take an active role in caring for one another. We also filter prayer needs to the church as requested and provide prayer ministry to members of the church. We believe that it is vitally important to be aware of the needs of the church and proactively offer assistance and attempt to create an environment that is affirming and positive for individuals, whilst working under the direction of the eldership of the church. We meet regularly as a team and have access to specialist help should this be required, we always respect peoples privacy, and will always define our level of availability to a person who requests support. Our aim is to encourage independence, rather than create dependency, whilst helping people to live a life fulfilled by Gods purpose.
