This Pidgeon tree has been established solely from the parish records of Shropshire.   As such, there are possible errors.   For example, it is not certain that Mary and Sarah were both illegitimate daughters of Elizabeth (bp.1730), that Richard was the son of the same Sarah, or that he was the same one who married Elizabeth Dale.

Oswestry is about 16 miles NW of Shrewsbury, and 14 miles W of Wem.
