The Pidgeons of Edmonton

There were two Pidgeon families living in the Edmonton area of north London in the 19th century.  One came from Hertfordshire in the early 19th century and can now be found on the Pidgeons of Hatfield tree . The other appears in Edmonton about the same time and is shown below.  The two families may be linked, but without evidence as to who the parents of William PIDGEON were, we cannot be sure.  He was born at Edmonton about 1811 and most of the family continued to live in the area.

In 1841 there were two young men living with William and Sarah PIDGEON – Henry PIDGEON, 20 and Elijah PIDGEON, 14.  Were these William’s younger brothers?
