This agreement was made between Henry Pidgeon Baker of Stockport William Pidgeon Tripe dealer and Joseph Pidgeon Provision Dealer and Martha Cooper Wife of John Cooper all of the Parish of Stockport in the County of Chester respecting Certain properties of their late Father Henry Pidgeon Skinner and Tanner late of Stockport or belonging to their late Grandfather John Pidgeon Master Skinner late of Cullompton Devonshire which ever the same may arise from providing that there should be any property or money left of what ever nature or kind the same may consist of we agree between ourselves to have one Moiety or equal share alike which ever of us may be the right Heir at Law of the said property and as such we have subscribed our names this twenty second day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven Signed in the presence of each other we have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses to the same
