Homeopathic
philosophy is contained in the Organon
by Samual Hahneman
Similia similibus
curentur - let
like be cured by like - this adage is the fondation stone
of homeopathic philosophy. Built upon this is the concept
of treating the 'whole'; that you cannot treat any single
part in isolation because no single part is in complete
isolation from the whole. This is the fundamental holistic
principle recognised across all disciplines of true healing.
Therefore when
you seek the cure for any ailment you must look for the
symptoms of the suffering in their entirety, not in part,
and must prescribe a homeopathic remedy that covers this
totality of symptoms. Not to do so is to prescribe a remedy
that is not homeopathic, and a remedy that is not homeopathic
will not cure.
Once all the
componants that constitute the totality of the symptoms
have been gathered these must then be matched to a remedy
which accurately mirrors that totality, only then will it
be homeopathic.
