RegistryProt is a standalone, compact, low-level, real-time registry monitor. By monitoring important locations and keys in the Windows system registry, RegistryProt will alert whenever a key is added or changed and then give the option of accepting the key change, reverting back to the original key setting, or deleting the key. A very useful tool to detect Trojan infection or other undesired system changes.

MemDefrag is a simple console application to defragment windows memory, and increase performance on low memory machines. It can improve your system performance if you run it just before starting a memory intensive task or application. Similar to all the other memory optimizers, however this one is bare bones without bells and whistles. Does the same job though.

AutoDeFrag is a launcher for the standard defragmenter built into Windows 2000. The standard defragmenter does not support the ability to be scheduled, and therefore must be manually launched when required, once for each fixed disk in your system. AutoDeFrag works around this limitation and allows the Windows 2000 Task Scheduler to be used to schedule the defragmenter. By default, lunching AutoDefrag will defragment all drives, however you can specify in the command line, if you only want a selected drive defragmented. Very simple tool, but a great aid in maintaining performance.

WinServices is an enhanced Windows Service Manager, that allows you to start/stop services, and view them by their current status (color coded), as well as sorted by dependency or service type. Also you can view and change all service data such as name or description. The program allows you to create a snapshot of the current services, and later compare it with a new configuration, to see which services have been changed, added or removed. If you are domain administrator you can manage your network machine services in the same domain. The program can detect if the state of a running saevice has changed.
