A "real" driver is hard to find. Almost everyone rates their own driving skill as above average which must mean that many people are wrong. Modern cars already have several automatic devices and systems to make driving easier and safer for the benefit of those who often over-estimate their own skills. Most of the actual skill of driving involves good powers of observation, anticipation and risk assessment. Less time struggling with the car means more time to look and see.
