Jesus falls for the first
time
We adore you oh Christ and we bless you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
Reflection
When Jesus fell for the first time he fell on his face and
body. When you fall you put your hands down to protect your face from hitting
the ground, but He had His hands tied to the cross. So he fell and crushed his
face and body. What was worse He had the weight of the cross on him as well.
Prayer
Dear God, help us to be strong as Jesus was when he fell for
the first time. His pain came from the heart and the wounds. Help us not to
take His sacrifice for granted. He must have felt lots of pain, help us to feel
that pain when we sin. Amen
