Jesus is stripped of his
garments
We adore you oh Christ and we bless you.
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world.
Reflection
I think that Jesus felt hurt and embarrassed at the same
time. He wouldn’t have wanted people to see him in a mess. Most of the people
wouldn’t want to see him. He would feel pain from all the other things that had
happened to him. Jesus would have felt like crying in from of those people.
Prayer
Dear God, may people who are hurt be healed. Please help
people who get embarrassed about themselves, may they have someone to guide
them. Strengthen people who know something bad is going to happen to them. May
you not punish the people who carry out bad actions but turn them towards your
direction and ways. Amen.
