Welcome to our clinic !

Daniel Rollins   BSc (Hons) Ost. DO FAFS
Helen Terentjev   BSc (Hons) Ost. MSc Paed. Ost.

Helen and Daniel established this clinic to provide care to patients of all ages and with all kinds of conditions: from the routine check-up of newborn babies to supporting the aged in a more active and independent life, from postural advice and work related stress to acute sporting injuries. Osteopaths treat more than you think! We place the patient central to our practice: we treat the person – not a condition! More about conditions

We believe a complete understanding of your problem is essential for a good recovery. We will always explain to you our diagnosis: WHAT the problem is, WHY we believe it is there, and exactly HOW we can help you in the short, medium and longer term. We use the most up to date knowledge and skills to ease your symptoms or help you to fix the problem altogether. We are trained to offer guidance in promoting health for the individual patient through guided exercise, specific lifestyle changes, application of ergonomics principles to work, sports and leisure, health and safety. More about practitioners

Our body has a capacity for self-repair, which is often overlooked. Beneath the surface, our healing mechanisms are continually working to achieve a working balance. Every cellular process, from creating energy to removing waste products and fighting infection, is happening in an orderly and organised fashion. It is when these processes are overworked that we sometimes need a little help to restore balance. More about research in osteopathy
