1. Shipping:
I post worldwide from United Kingdom!
Items are normally posted 2 days after payment is received.
You will be emailed when your item has been posted.
Flat rate postage cost (based on number of items purchased) is offered for both UK Mainland and Worldwide:

Faster, expedited services may be used upon request, but they will cost more considerably.
Slower, Surface service may be used upon request, but they will take 6-8 weeks to arrive, and may not have tracking service.
2. Payment info and problems:
I only accept Paypal as a method of payment.
You may need to sign up to them (it’s free) during checkout but you can use your credit cards to pay.
Paypal is known worldwide as one of the main methods to pay online and their service is very secure.
If there is a problem during checkout, please email me and I will send out an invoice to your email account and you can pay from there.
3. Lost in the post:
I don’t use the normal ‘put a stamp and pop into the postbox’ postal service for sending out your items!
You will have the chance to track and trace your items, but posts do get lost, and if so, you must email me.
Claims will be made to the post office and once they are sorted, your money will be refunded.
In most cases, items simply take a bit longer than usual to arrive so I would strongly advise to wait for up to a month.
4. Refund/exchange policy:
I’m sorry but at this moment I cannot offer any refund/exchange unless the item is faulty or grossly misinterpreted.
However, if you find that a button is loose and want a refund, pleeeease. Get a thread and needle and fix it. As a human being, I make mistakes, and I’m sorry if that happens.
5. Garments Care:
Most of them are unique, one-offs, i.e. I won’t make them the same again! I am selling mainly because I love to sew and don’t like to sew the same thing more than once or twice.
Some garments were made using vintage or gently used garments and fabrics. So you will need to take greater care of them due to their delicateness. But since they are almost all one-of-a-kinds, you should be already doing it anyway.
I use a sewing machine and an overlocker/serger when making the garments. So all the seams and hems are serged for durability.
All garments come with care instructions. But the general rule is hand wash! Hand wash is fun and girly in a 1930-40’s kind of way. Mix some soap and warm water in the sink, put the garment into the sink and lightly scrub it for a couple of minutes. Then leave to soak for a few more minutes. Rinse and hang on the radiator or in your airing cupboard.
But almost all garments can be machined wash gently and low tumble dry, so not to worry if you are short on time.
