• Payment for lessons: All lessons are to be paid for in advance or at the commencement of the lesson by Cash, Cheque (made payable to D. Hamper) or Credit/Debit Card once registered with the AA Driving School. (Note: as from the 1st September 2009 payments made by Credit Cards will be subject to a service chare of 1.5% + VAT, Debit Card payments will NOT be subject to this service charge.)


• Cancellation of lessons: Where possible a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations in order to avoid the possibility of being charged for the lesson, but no cancellation charge will be made if the lesson is rearranged within the same working week (Thursday to Wednesday). I will also where possible give 48 hours notice if I am unable to give a lesson.


• Refunds: If for any reason a refund is required on Pre-Paid hours, a full refund on the remaining unused hours at the rate paid will be made.


• Special Offers: Unless otherwise stated special offers only apply to new pupils taking a course of new driver lessons, and the offer requested when booking the first lesson.
