The Red Eagle !

People who know me will soon find out about my strange fascination with birds of prey, and tattoos. In 1994, whilst in Toronto, Canada, I acquired the unusual skin decoration pictured below. Hence my nickname - Red Eagle. This digi-picture does not show all the detail. In the flesh it is possible to see every single feather on the wings of the 'Red Eagle'. At least this picture gives you some idea of the shape and colours - five different inks were used altogether, including some white ink. The tattoo took about 1 hour to complete and it wasn't unbearably painful (it only hurt a bit while being coloured in.) It's not very large: it will fit onto a 3.5" disk label.
