If you click on this link: http://changingscot.proboards2.com/ it will take you to the board.
Then click on the words in yellow "General Board". A new page should over up after a few seconds.
Next click on "Hullo & Meeting". The actual message will open up.
For the "General Board" you do not have to register.

Click on "reply" at the bottom and post a message. (You can see the message that I sent.)
Then fill in your name: say "Happy"
Type in a message: perhaps "I am happy" .
Then click "Post" at the bottom.

You will be taken back to the board and your message should be there and you will see that is has been sent by a "Guest".
When you are finished click "Logout" at the top.

The other bulletin board "Talk Amongst Ourselves" is a bit more advanced. To even see it you must register as I explained in the last email. When you try and get in you will asked for a password. I emailed it to you. Remember that it is in lower case without the quotes.
The password is to keep it secure from prying eyes.
