THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE IN LEICESTERSHIRE

I was recommended to learn the Alexander Technique by an osteopath in order to prevent further recurrences of a back problem. The Technique made such a difference to me that I decided to undertake the three year training course required to become a full time Alexander Technique teacher myself. I trained at the North of England Training Centre for the Alexander Technique in Leeds and qualified in March 1997.

Apart from short introductory workshops, I teach the Technique exclusively on a one-to-one basis.
