The beer was Mann's Brown Ale brewed in the North West and T'ale of The dragon from Hampshire. Food for the evening was Jarlsberg cheese from Denmark, a copy of the Swiss Emmentaler style which was 'rubbery and somewhat bland, following this was the peppered salami which we both enjoyed as we share a liking for a touch of pepper. we finished of with Dangold Hirtenkase Chilli cheese, a soft cheese floating in oil and laced with chilli which we found a little difficult to eat without making a mess. Show topics were . . . . all over the place.
