I'm based in the UK but work with individuals and companies around the world.

qualifications and experience

I hold a BA (Hons) in French from the University of Warwick (1990) and the Chartered Institute of Linguists' Diploma in Translation (2002).

I have ten year's experience as a professional translator and work with individuals, small and micro-businesses, charities and large corporations.

I can translate files in most electronic formats, including Powerpoint and html etc. as well as from hard copy if that's what you need.

orders and pricing

When you request translation services, a detailed written quotation will be provided. The cost is usually worked out on a pence per source word basis (ie. cost per the number of words in the language that you're asking me to translate from).

Contact me for a quotation and advice and have a look at my translation checklist for issues that you may want to consider. When you've accepted my quotation, I’ll ask you to sign my terms of business and give you a specific timescale for completion of your work.
