Copyright Notice

The SOFTWARE is neither public domain software, nor is it free software. The SOFTWARE is the copyright of Jason G Burgon and is protected by United Kingdom copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions. The source code generatated by the Graphic Vision installer program is the copyright of of Jason G Burgon and Borland International Inc. The SOFTWARE that is the copyright of Jason G Burgon is subject to the terms and conditions as set out below. The software that is the property of Borland International is subject to their terms and conditions as set out in their "no-nonsense licence statement" as issued with Borland Pascal with Objects version 7.0". If it is unclear as to who owns any component then you must assume it is owned by both parties, and is therefore governed by the licence agreement of both Jason G Burgon and Borland International.

You must treat this software just like a book, except that you may copy it onto a computer to be used and you may make archival copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing up my software and protecting your investment from loss.

By saying "just like a book," I mean, for example, that this SOFTWARE may be used by any number of people, and may be freely moved from one computer to another, so long as there is NO POSSIBILITY of it being used at one location while it is being used at another, or on a computer network by more than one user at one location, just like a book can't be read by two different people in two different places at the same time (unless, of course, my copyright has been violated).

You may write, compile and use programs using any of the libraries, DLL's and other units in this package for personal or commercial use. This licence only grants you permition to distribute executable files and files required by those executables in order to run correctly - as long as those files do not include any of the the source code (.PAS, .ASM), intermediate code (.TPP, .TPU, .OBJ, .OBP), documentation or other material from this product. You may not distribute any of the source code (.PAS, .ASM), intermediate code (.TPP, .TPU, .OBJ, .OBP), documentation or other material from this product either in whole or part.

Distribution of the source code and documentation is strictly prohibited. You may not distribute any of the source code or documentation contained in this product, either in whole or part.

It is the licence holders responsibility to ensure this product cannot be copied by any other persons except for the sole purpose of making backup copies of my software to protect your investment from loss. If you suspect that this software has been copied for any other purpose then you must inform me immediately. I will then issue you a new copy that has different embedded identification numbers.

All copies of the SOFTWARE must bear a valid copyright notice. By 'copyright notice', I mean either your own copyright notice or the copyright notice which appears on the original diskette label of the original Jason G Burgon copyright product. Also you agree not to remove any copyright or other propriety rights notice from any portion of my libraries, Pascal units, DLL's or source code that bears such a notice.
