My photography is one of my hobbies. I will, however, charge for all commercial uses of my images out of a feeling of solidarity with photographers who are trying to make a living from their art and craft. Also I am of course hoping to help part-finance my photographical hobby and the running of my website in this way.

Meine Fotografie ist eines meiner Hobbies. Aus Solidarität mit den Fotografen, die mit ihrer Kunst und ihrem Handwerk ihre Brötchen verdienen, werde ich für jegliche kommerzielle Verwendung meiner Fotos ein Entgelt berechnen. Auch hoffe ich natürlich, auf diese Weise mein fotografisches Hobby und diese Website zum Teil zu finanzieren.

With the following stipulations I am hoping to establish a basis on which an exchange – monetary or otherwise – can happen with which everybody involved will be satisfied.

Mit den folgenden Bedingungen hoffe ich, eine Grundlage für einen geldlichen oder anderweitigen Austausch zu schaffen, mit der jede(r) Beteiligte zufrieden sein wird.

If you want to use any of my images for commercial purposes please contact me with details of the purpose (media, distribution, required image size etc) and your fee proposal in £ Sterling. These conditions and the fee must be agreed in terms satisfactory to me prior to any usage.

Falls Sie meine Bilder für kommerzielle Zwecke verwenden wollen, senden Sie mir bitte eine Mail mit Einzelheiten über den Verwendungszweck (Medium, Verbreitung, gewünschte Bildgröße usw) und Ihren Gebührenvorschlag in £ Sterling. Diese Bedingungen und die Benutzungsgebühr müssen vor jeglicher Benutzung meiner Bilder zu meiner Zufriedenheit vereinbart werden.

You will probably find that the files on this site or of any of my images on the web are of too low a resolution for most print uses. Most of my images are available in 20+MB high resolution files – please ask. For all print uses my copyright must be shown clearly near the images or in a prominent place in your work.

Die Bilder auf dieser Website und alle meine Bilder auf dem Netz sind höchstwahrscheinlich für jegliche Verwendung im Druck von zu niedriger Resolution. Die meisten meiner Bilder sind in 20+MB hoher Resolution verfügbar – bitte fragen Sie an. Bei allen Verwendungen im Druck muss mein Copyright deutlich in Bildnähe oder an einem anderen deutlich sichtbaren Platz in Ihrer Arbeit gezeigt werden.
